Cavender is a former Managing Director of The Chasm Group and has more than 15 years of management experience with companies including Oracle, J.D. Edwards, GEAC and Ceridian. Eckhardt is a veteran of Hewlett-Packard, PepsiCo Inc., and Price Waterhouse, a graduate of Harvard Business School and a Wall Street Journal Award winner.
