We know how suddenly a Product Manager's schedule can change. So we make a full refund available if your cancellation request is received at least 14 days prior to the start of the session. If Pivotal Product Management cancels a session for which you have registered and reschedules for a date you cannot attend, we'll also give you a full refund. Otherwise, a 25% cancellation fee applies.
