How it Works

Assessment

Pivotal Product Management uses its Skills Assessment tools to measure product management needs and expectations across the organization, as well as individual product manager skill sets. We also review existing processes and tools, and interview key stakeholders for additional insight into areas of desired improvement.

Training

From the Assessment phase, we tailor workshops to address your specific product management skill and process needs.

Process Improvement and Coaching

Following the training phase, we work with the product management group and cross-functional product teams to strengthen the processes and tools used to create successful products. We also work with individual product managers and their managers to ensure that new skills and processes take root.
